Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING 
In stock items are shipped via Courier Monday through Friday. We strive to fulfill orders promptly and ship in-stock items within 48 hours. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday. In the event of a delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

RETURNS
All returns must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving an item and are eligible for store credit only. Returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Service packages are non-refundable.

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of paying an invoice.

If you have any questions or concerns about our policies, please email info@sandrascollective.com prior to completing your purchase.

We encourage you to fully inspect items immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately atinfo@sandrascollective.com. Damage claims must be received via email within 24 hours of the item being delivered. We strongly encourage you to keep all packaging until you've fully inspected your items. Should an item need to be returned, you'll be responsible for re-packaging.

To initiate a return, please contactinfo@sandrascollective.com with your order number and the details of your return.

Items must be in their unopened original packaging in new, re-sellable condition.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees + vendor-specific re-stocking fees. Stevie Interiors is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

CONCEPT DESIGN

Concept Design package provides you with all the tools to bring your idea to life. With a comprehensive questionnaire and a 30-minute Zoom call, our event manager will deliver a mood board and shoppable links for you to execute.

Please note that the event must be taking place at least THREE (3) months post package purchase. This is to allow sufficient time for purchases and deliveries.
